International Orders

• We ship internationally via FedEx Express.
• Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after processing.  Processing takes 1-2 business days before ship out.
• Shipping costs are shown after inputting your shipping address during order checkout.
• Duties and taxes are not included in your order total. You will have to pay for these upon receiving your order. These will be determined by your local customs authority.
• Tracking numbers will be sent via email and/or SMS when orders have been shipped out.

Philippine Orders

• We ship locally via J&T Express.
• Shipping costs are shown after inputting your shipping address during order checkout.
• Processing takes 1-2 business days before ship out.
• Estimated days of arrival from order ship out:
• 1 to 3 business days - Metro Manila
• 2 to 4 business days - Luzon
• 4 to 7 business days - Visayas/Mindanao
• If coverage allows it, you may also opt for Grab/Lalamove upon checkout for same day shipping. (Customer books the ride)
